After breakfast morning sightseeing of New Delhi by private car with
English speaking guide, consisting of drive through the Raisina Hills-
Parliament House, India Gate, President House,

century tomb of Emperor Humayun built of Marble & Red stone in typical
Mughal fashion, Lotus temple (Bahai Temple) & Qutab Minar.
Afternoon
sight seeing of Old Delhi is highlighted Shah Jahan's Red Fort, the bustling
market place of Chandni Chowk by Rikshaw Puller Ride, Raj Ghat, the
cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Evening return to the Red Fort to watch
the "Sun et Lumire" which is an inter play of colorful lights and
sound tracing the history of monument till date. Gather together to meet the
Indian family followed by welcome dinner and cocktail. Overnight stay at
Hotel .
| Day 03 Delhi-Jaipur(260 kms)

Morning drive to
Jaipur - known as "The Pink city of
Rajasthan". Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory, which was built
in the 1700's yet even today still looks futuristic or almost surrealistic;
the City Palace and its museum, the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds.
Overnight at Hotel.
After Breakfast visit the 17th Century Fotress of Amber, whose
hilltop location is ascended on caparisoned elephant back to view various
palaces with rooms of stunning beauty including the world's finest chamber
of mirrors and temple of Kali. Afternoon is free for shopping in Bustling
business districts of Pink City. Overnight Stay.
| Day 05 Jaipur-Agra(232 kms)

Morning
Drive to Agra. Enroute visit the Ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri - built by
Emperor Akbar in 1569. Also visit the Bulund Darwaza the largest gateway in
the world. Arrive Agra. Upon arrival check-in at hotel. Remainder Day is
free for own activities. Overnight Stay.
The morning you will visit famous Taj Mahal - Monument to Love which
was built in 1630 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a tomb for his beloved
wife Mumtaj Mahal. Other attractions are Agra fort built by Akbar the Great,
Sikandra and Itmad-ud-Daula bullt by Empress Noor-Jehan in memory of her
father. Rest of the time to visit the Colorful Bazar of Agra. Overnight
stay.

Agra-Jhansi-Orchha-Khajuraho |
Morning board the train for Jhansi. Arrive Jhansi in the afternoon.
Drive to Khajuraho via visit to Orchha. Later drive to Khajuraho-Chandela
Dynasty Temples which are set in a lovely grassy park. The Temples are quite
amazing-rising in many peaks and spiral, intricately carved and designed
with statues and friezes, some of which are the renowned erotic carvings.

| Day 08 Khajuraho-Varanasi

Fly
to The holy city city of Varanasi. Visit some of the many Hindu Temples that
line the river Gangas & Boat excursion on the Holy River Gangas to see
the Bathing ghats and crimination sites. Watching people bathing and
worshiping at the ghats is one of the most extraordinary experiences of a
visit to India. Stroll along the narrow lanes and bazars full of shops
selling, among other things, the world-famous Banaras Silks.
| Day 09 Varanasi-Kathmandu

Morning visit Sarnath, the sight of Buddhas first sermon. Fly to
Kathmandu- The unique and fascinating capital of the Himalayan Kingdom of
Nepal. First visit the imposing 2000 year old stupa at Swayambhunath,
majestically set high on a hill overlooking the valley. Then drive to the
central Durbar Square to see fine examples of Nepalese architecture in
Kathmandu's palaces and pagodas. Also visit Ason Tole, a typical Nepalese
market place.
Drive to Patan this morning, the second Largest city in the valley,
also known as Lalitpur. Stop at the Tibetan Refugee Craft Centre prior to
returning to your hotel. Overnight at hotel. .
Today transfer to Airport to board the flight to Delhi and back
home.
